A collection of hand-painted assets I created for a game set in the Smurfs universe. Everything was textured using only a base color map, with a focus on optimization for real-time use. These assets were done under a tight deadline, so I prioritized clean silhouettes, efficient UVs, and a stylized look that fits the Smurfs' world. Had fun working on this one, especially pushing for solid results with limited time and resources.
